Requirement gathering and assessment
In order to have a more complete understanding of the scope of the technical work to be performed, it is usually necessary to perform a detailed requirements assessment against the business goals of the engagement. This allows the project team to become intimately familiar with client environment as well as enabling the project manager to accurately determine the number and type of technical resources necessary to deliver the project. In many cases, the client will have partially performed this work before the start of the engagement; however, a more complete study is generally required to mitigate the risk of unknown or unrelated environmental factors that may not have been considered.
With over 100 projects delivered, Sena resources are highly skilled in requirements gathering and analysis at both the business and technical levels.
